Oh yeah she does. Plus she did wear some small shorts on "The Freshman" when she went to the party with Dan. I noticed a few weeks before the new season started that she is always either in a skirt or dress.

i remember the one time she wore pants in High' Society but it was more like a one piece out fit then pants. it was when she was cheating on Nate with Chuck. if you think about it. it's kind of Chuck's doing, of her wearing the pants. ♥♥

I totally forgot about those times!!!!! especially when she was with Marcus riding the bike. I totally forgot about that time. I knew there was at least one time she did wear pants in the other seasons. But she rarely wears pants so you kind of forget. well at least i can say she's wearing pants more then she ever did before.

She actually wore shorts on the first season on the Wild Brunch episode I think and I know for sure she wore some on The Handmaiden's episode when she's trying to find Serena a date for the Masquerade ball. Oh and I think she wore some in the second season when she's riding bikes with Marcus.
