@StickyFingerz420 yeah ive been using superpump250 on and off sometimes, i just like it for the extra boost of energy! :-)
yeah this cemetary is the only "park-like" thing near my house, i do my jogging in there too :-\...

looking good Mike, the seperation of teh muscle groups is getting to look fantastic!! abs definately are popping and looking ripped. keep at it
