Eddie Fisher, August 10, 1928 -- September 22, 2010
We have just lost Eddie Fisher, one of the greatest singers of the 1950s. If you do not know of him, one listen should convince you of just how fabulous a singer he was. We are fortunate to have some wonderful recordings he made for RCA Victor Records, including this one, "I'm Yours," written by Robert Mellin. It reached #5 on the Billboard magazine Best Seller chart in 1952.

Eddie Fisher had a lovely voice, thank you for posting this. I've just read that he passed away last Weds. MHRIP.

I was 12 when he came out. All the girls LOVED him!! All the guys HATED him.LOL I'm sorry that he has passed, but maybe he will find some peace at last!! Thank you for posting!! Phyllis...
