  • 2002 -2008 $780,000 for a avg house 1996 the same house was $200,000 $400,000 for a old nasty house 115 year old trash

  • "...we can't worry about how we got here...". What a dope. If you don't realize how you got somewhere how do you get out and how do you prevent yourself from getting there again? Is the media really looking into why the White House is trying to stop any transparency bills from getting through to the Federal Reserve. Obama and his pals are trying to protect the pals who are backstage.

  • I can smell his stink from here!

  • What a way to fix the economy, giving money to the bankers so they can buy more private jets.

  • Talk Talk Talk and saying absolutely nothing.

  • To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.

    Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826)

  • However, Obama is going to make things worse and blame Bush for why things are worse than what they should be.

  • The liberals made the banks lend to those who didn't have a home and were unable to pay a mortgage because "oh everyone deserves a home, and it's unfair that some people have a home and some don't" sheesh Recessions don't just pop up suddenly: bubbles build and then burst. The housing bubble started in the 90's. The economy was headed for a recession in '00/'01, but Bush wouldn't let that happen, so he propped it up. They can't prop it u p anymore. (cont)

  • Blame the Republicans. HA. The reason we are in this housing crisis in the first place is due to the terrorist attack on 9-11. In an effort to save the stock market at that time the Fed lowered interest rates and kept them low for years. That is why people bought so many houses. The surplus in houses caused the prices to fall. NOW what is our government doing? Spending more money. Who has to pay for this bail-out plan. Anyone under the age of 30. No accountability for spending.

  • STOP! THIEF! STOP! THIEF!
