Mannic Media Rental Office #3

There is a gorgeous office space available for rent at the end of July/early August, it is located in beautiful Chelsea neighboring the Fashion Institute of Technology. It is located at 7th avenue and west 28th street. You will be renting one office room/space on the top floor (12th floor) of this building, it is approximately 410 square feet for $1600 per month. The majority of the people on the same floor you will be joining work in a wide range of media. We are currently in the works of setting up this office therefore it will not be ready until the end of the month but you can set an appt. to come by and see it. I have enclosed pictures of its current stage in construction but it is still incomplete and further work will be accomplished before you move in.
