  • Did you do any another modification in exhaust or engine because i want to do but magnaflow cant warranty that will sound like this, i have AUDI A6 4.2 QUATTRO SE 2005 335hp

  • Yup, I noticed that the pipes on mine are a lot quieter too when just cruising along but I can still hear it. Even at 2000 rpm where I get the drone. But the drone is really only annoying when under low load such as climbing a slight hill or accelerating slowly in heavy traffic. Idle is very quiet with just a deep burble like yours. When I back off the car goes totally quiet. But the beauty of these Audi's is that I can keep it out of 2000 rpm range by using the tipronic function.

  • Nice car but it's too loud. A refined deep hum would be less ostentatious and would suit that car better. I drive Audi Allroad 2.7T biturbo 290BHP/440Nm with dual Magnaflow catback. Audi is Best!

  • is resonator a fancy word for glass packed???
