Ironic: the choice of song and Barack's choice of title for his book ("Dreams of my Father") - names it after his FATHER, just like McCain: "Faith of My Fathers". Guess Mama's really aren't worth all that much in the world of "powerful men", eh?

If you read the book I think you'll find that Barack does indeed hold his mother in very high regard and admits freely that he owes everything he has achieved to her. I also think we can agree that Michelle Obama and his daughters are a major influence in his life.
As for the song choice, I used the music more for the play on words than anything else.
