12 Monkeys is a superb movie about the battles of reality vs fantasy, struggles for freedom and clarity, potential doomsday scenario and a deep love for the world.
You either appreciate this film or you just dont get it. Believe me wen I say: this film is beautiful in many ways. Peace

It improves Gilliam's shitty take on La Jetee, the real brilliant film from where the creative people behind this trashy film took their original ideas.

Nothing ever stands up to the original. You didn't think 12 Monkeys was good in it's own right?

It's an ok movie. They should've stayed at the insane asylum, that would have made the movie better.
