This can be very easily created using Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.
This tutorial will show you how I created the distressed paper shown in this Halloween 2008 layout. The papers and embellishments for this layout came from the 2 Gig Halloween Pack which is available for free to Gold Members and at a discount for Free Members of ScrappingGuy.com.
Once you learn see how easy it is to create torn and distressed paper, youll really be able to create some very custom layouts for yourself and even start making your own digital scrapbooking kits as well.
