@Skyshotify Many of the villages are quite remote and require either a light aircraft or 4WD to reach. The village in this video was reached by three days travel by 4WD, the last day over a foot path rather than road. We camped in a tent after arrival.

It sure is. When a girl enters puberty her lip is cut and front teeth are removed to make room for the plates.
