My comeback race after surviving a brain tumor. Ironman distance triathlon held in Louisville, Kentucky on August 26, 2007. The distances covered are a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and a 26.2 mile run.

  • this is one of the best videos i have seen to date. every time i see family members crossing the finish line together it gives me chills, actually brought me to tears more then once during this video. i can't wait to do Louisville 2010. be well Jon.

  • Thanks for the comment. Yeah, not very steep hills but plenty of small climbs throughout the course. I studied the course mile by mile through google earth and it really helped. Have a safe training.
