i think that john choose JESUS.it would have been easy to take the road to a reunion with kansas,but he chose not to do it.now that is intergrity.by the way,he sung the stuffing out of that song.

Yea, just downloaded this last night and this one bit me good...Had to listen to it twice. The thing that sets Elefante apart from so many is his outstanding lyrics combined with quality music. The whole album is killer!

OK...this is one of those songs where I think, "how can you NOT like the music?"

Besides the explosive, harmonious guitar work, there's the controversial topic of lying to cover one's sin.

Paradoxically it's a very truthful remark--owning up to one's disingenuous, sinful nature...and yet, wavering--pushing it off for another time. There are, of course, no maybes about it--there IS some way out of this tense struggle: James 1:9
