@EliIronMicPorter I think it was Germany and France who came up with the PIGS abbreviation. I lol'd a bit.

I'm loling at Japanese talking about Greece - Japan is THE most indebted nation in the world, over 200 percent (sic!) of GDP is public debt. They borrowed money to invest in thier hi-tech stuff... but it will collapse (obviously Japan can't ever pay that back, so they will stop paying at some point) along with Jap economy.

I've been watching a lot videos about the eurozone crisis, but this was the first that explained it in a way that was easy to understand for a person who's not into finance or politics.
Too bad that it's only partially subbed, however, eventhough I couldn't understand the language, I understood the problem.

Loved the video. I can't understand why there are so many dislikes. The video is a perfect example of how to explain dense (financial or any subject) matter in layman's language. To all the people who is offended by this video: Grow up. They are not mocking anyone. I am not Japanese, nor can I understand the language. However, the subject matter is presented in such a way that I found no difficulty in understanding what the video actually wanted to convey. Thanks to the up-loader.

@StellandBlood Polite? And what about those PIGS 8:02 from southern Europe?.:)

Love japanese TV!!!
Japanese are so polite even when making fun.
We deserve it in full,Europe today is a pathetic comedy.

@rexaph015 Yeah that's understandable. If i were from Greece then I would be offended too. Crisis in Greece is not just a problem in Europe but the problem that influcence the world economy. If you notice that one commentor is a former soccer player and he loves european soccer teams. To him it was shocking that fact that the huge deficit slowly eating away some of the european coutries that he likes.
Translation? Are they making fun of greece or just criticizing?

@NeptunePolyphemus
This program is the contents which are unpleasant for you.
However, Greece must take serious responsibility if contents are facts.
The Greek present conditions are future images of all developed countries including Japan.
In other words this is not just an affair of other people.
