You can usually fix the audo/video sync by converting and uploading the video as mp4.

@Londonchik146 Yeahh... apparently if you take videos that are longer than a couple of minutes on PhotoBooth, the audio starts getting out of sync...

If mp4 don't work, try making lower resolution videos (smaller and faster). Also, Ytube records straight from your webcam, XP has free "moviemaker"; and you can also look around online for a free version of "Ulead Video Studio SE".
