Officers beat a homeless man for eating sunflower seeds on San Julian Street as onlookers plead for them to stop. Man is subsequently taken away in an ambulance.

and because he swallowed some sun flower seeds he needed to be taken to hospital???? Maybe if all he had in his mouth was sunflower seeds spitting them out then showing the officers an empty mouth may have been a good idea, along with generally doing what he was told & not struggling/resisting. Basically he was stupid & brought it all on himself & the person that made this video wasn't interested in truth just the chance to take another stab at the cops or possibly making money.

@keepthapinit ever seen someone on PCP? they can get shot with multiple Taser's or get tackled by 10+ officers and still come out swinging... one of the first things they taught us in EMT training was never to assume something was done the "wrong" way when we weren't there ourselves.
