of course he wouldn't admit it. But look at how he went on to explain how well he did with 9/11...that was the point. It's an old tactic, was done in nazi-germany, hell was even done to justify genocide in rwanda. No one even admits to it, they're just there to publicly help. This is what manipulations the public. Create a disaster so that they can see you react in a time of crisis. This way, they thing you're on their side.
