I always compare myself with Squall. I also like to be alone not depending on somebody. I always think too much in my mind. Even now i am older i still compare myself with Squall, but girls are gonna play a part now. I hope someday i will find my Rinoa

Yeah. Like I said, you were accurate in your assessment of them as characters.

I just remember when I first played this game, I was an angsty loser who identified with Squall and now, as a grown up, I find him annoying and prefer Zell's upbeat nature.

Still love this game and everything about it though. :D

@owaffs I have no pity for squall, he's an orphan with abandonment issues... Ok, maybe a little pity. Rinoa on the other hand... I've known 12 year olds with a better sense of... common sense than her. Selphie was intentionally made to seem childish, but she still came off as more mature than Rinoa.

Maybe I didn't clarify my feelings in my post... it's my favourite game, and Squall is definitely one of my favourite characters. Also, maybe calling them bitches was a bit harsh :P

Your assessment of Squall and Rinoa is accurate, but, to cut them some slack, they're only 17. Write it off as just immaturity (and angst in Squall's case) that they'll both grow out of (hopefully together).

I played this 3 times in a row when it first came at ,1st time to challenge my friends at who could finish first, 2nd time to actually take the time and understand the game, 3rd time because I missed being squall T_T you ever felt like just wishing you could live in a world that isn't this one.. call me a dreamer, call me lost, but I will be here.. waiting... I promise.
