This is one of four businesses in Rochester, NY that were nominated for the annual Rochester Area Business Ethics Award. I had the pleasure of creating these videos that were shown at the gala luncheon on 9/22/09 where it was annouced that all four nominees were winners!

  • Hmmmm.... a dictator who also believes in empowering employees? Contradictions abound with this guy! Just look at their weekly want-ads for employment!

  • Mark Davitt was also interviewed by me when I was a graduate student of HR and working in his collection agency. He agreed to take the interview, but he was unaware of just how bad the Dept of Ed contract had gotten in managing reps. After I was fired, I sent him some emails just to see if he would respond or be interested in heating some educated feedback. No replies were made! Mark Davitt is a good speaker. However, he believes in being, and I quote him, a "benevolent dictator".

  • Conserve is also a high turnover employer with high unobtainable goals for collecting cash. Think about it: $200,000 a month in rehabs and $8,000 in frontline cash per rep to keep your job and management off your back?
