@ad9000 in some states volunteer firefighters are only allowed to run green lights, in my stares we are only allowed to run blue, so now if I'm running blues yeah I'm using them to get to work, but because there's a damn emergency and some one needs my help, and their in trouble. If you were in trouble wouldn't you want people to get out of the way for you?

@matt061910 The car looks cool, I saw a green lightbar the other night used by security and thought it looked pretty sweet. On the other hand, respectfully, I would not pull over. Secondly I am skeptical about your code 3 driving. Thirdly I believe you would abuse this more than you would like to admit. And lastly this privilege looks like it is being abused by anyone that can wire a light bar and some wig wags so they can beat traffic to work. Here we call it impersonating a police officer.

this guy is lightbar happy and once again it is courtesy light. they arent except by law..in fact their only recognizable by security. if your a voluteer ems which you are..if your the real deal, your not going to spend over a G on some green lights. my money bets your hauling ass down a stretch to beat the scene itself. I grew up Tn, I know. dont put your life in danger trying to beat the call. use your code 3 when you really need it knucklehead!
