Our first parkour video

Hey! We are Team Xhaust and this is our first parkour video which isn't all that great. We don't have any backflips in here because we want to save all the cool stuff when Nathaniel gets better. We know this isn't really parkour because it has flips in it. This is more freerunning. But flips are fun, so we have to add them!!!

what is parkour i went to NC nd on one of the rocks it sadi this- CNJ parkour team and i youtubed it and this is what came up

Ahhhh. U hiked up to eagle rock. Chris wrote that on there. Parkour is using your environment to get from point A to point B as fast and efficient as possible.

We do condition, but on our own time. We do it seperatly at our houses, but we don't show it in the videos.
