More than 75 people were in attendance at Rep. Rob Woodall's May 21 town hall meeting at Dacula High School. Though a few constituents asked about health care reform and the FairTax, the vast majority of questions centered around a Republican proposal to reform Medicare. http://dacula.patch.com/articles/woodall-grilled-over-gop-medicare-reform-plan
GREAT EDIT JOB: Here is what is missing from this meeting: Rob Woodall says “You want the government to take care of you because your employer decided not to take care of you. My question is: When do I decide I’m going to take care of me?”
Yes, big applause line for the tea baggers. BUT HERE IS WHAT IS MISSING: Asked why he allowed the Congressional health care program to take care of him, Woodall responded, “because it’s free.” The GALL of this man. Yeah, its free to HIM.

I believe we can un-elect this man when November rolls around in a couple of years. The 7th district has had enough of this. He forgets the seniors at this meeting paid into Social Security and later medicare for many years and believe they have a contract from the U.S. Govt. to this effect. I keep wondering, do the Republicans not have parents and grandparents that depend on Medicare?

Why would anyone vote Republican?
They fight against healthcare AND Medicare for Americans - while they REFUSE to give up THEIR 100% government-paid-for healthcare (AKA Socialist Obamacare)

RyanNoCare, carnival tickets for Medicare is not popular. The MAJORITY, 80% of Americans, have said hands off! CONS are depending on their morally bankrupt base to sell out the 55 and under crowd. Perhaps "the something for nothing" tbag crowd should move to Somalia, so the rest of us can live in a civilized society that takes care of it's seniors.
