This project was once again for my Ways of Seeing class. The project was for the topic "Gender, Race, and Sexuality". The purpose of the video is to erase boundaries between male and female stereotypes. Not only does it touch briefly on stereotypes, but also just the relationship between man and woman. The barriers are physically pushed aside which allow us to live in a world where gender makes no difference in equality.
The song is "Cracks" by Flux Pavilion. I hold no rights to this song but I can use it due to the fair use policy.
"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."
I hope you all enjoy my video. There are more to come as the school year progresses. Next semester I'm taking a film production course so I'll post the work here.
