standing back handspring - whip - double

one of the few times I choose to attempt this AND successfully landing it haha

umm i know what a standing double back handspring is but what is a whip?? is it the part when u twisted??

first skill = back handspring

second skill = whip (better understood as a "no-handed back handspring")

third skill = double full (back layout with a double full twist or 720 twist)

i want to learn the whip back but i only know a backhandspring

a whip is a no handed flip in a tight arch position that is followed by another flip or backhandspring .

it is not an ending skill

it's a layout but lower and used for power as it get's "whipped"
