A runner pulls a 'charging target', a man sized target simulating a charging threat. It is pulled 21 feet over the course of 2.6 seconds. There is no buzzer; the student must react to the target's movement. Meanwhile, the instructor distracts the student with some meaningless conversation. 7 solid hits, 2.6 seconds, 21 feet.

  • Good shooting. Getting the weapon out that fast while still connecting with the target in rapid fire is hard to do. I don't know what all these other comments have to do with your video; debating is for forums, not youtube comments.

  • The Brady Bunch argues that in stressful situations, only 20% of rounds will hit their target. They are implying that the other 80% fly into innocent lives. In fact, the odds of a defensive gun user accidentally killing an innocent person are less than 1 in 26,000 (figures are from 1984, but I welcome any modern statistics, as they will similarly prove just how infrequently it happens). As a gun owner and CPL holder, I accept that I am responsible for what comes out of my muzzle.

    ಠ_ರೃ Excellent

  • Looked like he was scared when he took the last shot.

  • @increasedpotential that would have been dangerous.

  • Awesome video and awesome drill.

  • Excellent...

  • Pro...con....ignorant...these are the comments I'm reading. I have a CCW for Missouri and I carry, a Springfield Armory XD .45 and shit RARELY happens at 21 feet. The 21 Foot rule came out of a court demonstration during a trial....events happen further and closer, but even more rare is the assailant "laying in wait" for a concealed carrier...damn you liberals chap my ass!!

  • How does the Sig Sauer P-220 compare against the ParaOrdinance Warthog?

  • How to stop a crack addict :D

  • Or you could use a tomahawk

  • @houseofaction

And studies also show that citizens are 7-12 times more accurate in self defense situations, depending on which study one reads.
