FREEDANSE is the revolutionary dance fitness system presented by Marine Jahan, the incredible dancer who caused an international sensation with her performance in the movie, Flashdance. Marine combines exercise and dance in an exhilarating work-out that is as exciting and fun to do as it is easy to learn.
Part one introduces you to a dancers' series of stretch and warm-up exercises where every major muscle group in the body is properly and safely conditioned.
Part two is a uniquely developed series of dance movements that flow naturally from warm-up into combinations that become routines giving a complete cardiovascular aerobic work-out. These routines are perfect for the beginner as well as the experienced.
Follow each phase of Freedanse with the fully illustrated manual that also includes a mini course in exercise physiology. Through a comprehensive series of photos which correlate to the songs in the original Freedanse soundtrack, Marine demonstrates every move accompanied by explicit written instruction.

i always wondered how that jogging in place dance thing was considered a dance. i guess it isn't but it's still fun to do.
