Valkyria Chronicles (Gamersyde Footage 2) Part 2/2

This video is not mine! It's from Gamersyde, but no one seems to have put it up so I decided to do so myself. This game looks like an amazing breath of fresh air for the SRPG genre, so I really hope it comes across the popularity it deserves when it hits the States in Q3 (although I doubt this will be the case, unfortunately).

This guy seems to grasp the concept of flanking but not the concept of ,don't push forward until you get a beachhead.

hard skirmishes are for you then, and the endgame can be rather frustrating....if youre super careful the story wont be a problem for you, but hard mode is just hard in general.

punish? Positioning yourself surrounded by enemies is stupid,if not the only setback

Some elements were rather hard, but Kloden was a huge example of strange AI adjustments. The soldiers just run around the main camp while they send out scouts to attack you. But, eventually a shocktrooper will attack anyone who hides from the back. But I think it was "almost" smart AI because you can't be stupid enough to charge at your enemy. One shocktrooper killed one of mine while I had other with me. lol

Tanks are weak against anti-tank vehicles, units this enemy doesn't seem to have many of. The tank also had it's vulnerable backside exposed to many of the enemy's units, but they didn't take advantage of the situation. I hope it's just a low difficulty level and not crappy AI...
