Jay Chou Piano Battle & Secret Duet (Live Performance)

Complete live performance of the Piano Battle (斗琴) & improvised piano theme -- "Secret" from Jay Chou's '07 movie Secret (不能说的秘密) in Malacca, Malaysia by Matthew Ong Bin Han (me - on the right) and Chong Ding Hang. The Secret Duet unfortunately didn't turn out as awesome as it should 'cause the volume wasn't equal. It's not perfect - I didn't do the one-hand for fear of mistakes as we only had a short time to prepare for this performance. I could, but not at full speed at that time. Hope you'd still enjoy it though!

For those who want the scores for battles 1-3, go to www.gangqinpu.com and search. The scores for battles 1 & 2 are pretty OK but a few amendments must be made for battle 3. You can refer to my performance vid to note the changes. The notes for the left-hand solo are slightly different frm the movie's, so you've gotta improvise - it's not impossible. As for Secret, there are many versions on the site, so be sure to choose the closest match to the original.
