Great song. I even convinced my college chancellor to read versus from the Bible based on this song, at my graduation. It is too bad that the Byrds now think Pat Robertson is God. They are dumb. I lost all respect for this band. They support a man who thinks John Lennon's death was God's will. The Byrds are morons.
Again.......the record companies need to find bands like this.....enough with the rap crap, hip hop garbage and all the other crap where the "music" is computer generated.....AND there's a jerk on stage either lip syncing with a headset and mic or "rapping" while 50 so called "dancers" are jumping up and down in the background.....you record companies should be ashamed of yourselves...and you morons that buy today's crap are even worse.......
TheByrds could be considered that same thing. back then all the record companies were trying to find the next "Beatles" im not sure about the 70's sound as that always seemed a bad time for music but. the 80's it was find the next Van Halen sound, the 90's find the next "Nirvanna sound" and now if you notice everyone sounds like "Nickelback" Im sure there have been some great bands and albums passed over in years past because they couldn't be pidgeon-holed or labeled by the record industry
