i did a liftgate conversion on the rear doors like the one on this van a few years ago. it was easy and fun, even the hinges were a snap... i want to see somebody do gull-wing doors

Hi, I have a 1973 Ford Econoline Van that I am restoring like the old surfer vans. I am trying to find those fiberglass extended fenders and running board like you see on this black one in your videos. Is there a company around who still has them for these old Vans?

@HappyEndingsRescue check out the forums on Vannin.com they will let you know if they are still made or help you find a set if they aren't.

Not sure of the year exactly it's between 1968-1974. It was customized this way in the late 70's and has held up amazingly well. The original owner Bill still owns it and is planning some updates to it down the road.

This van is the real "Ace of Spades" from Brantford still owned by the original owner who still lives there. The grille was hand fabricated by Gibbs a very well known pinstriper.
It is in as good as shape as it was close to 30 years ago when I first saw it.
