@themongolboxer I don't have a problem with him asking for support, he's not forcing me to buy anything, and advertising his family's restaurant is something a good kid does to support his family. as far as selling equipment at a discount on his site, its good business.. he's not asking for handouts he's making his service available. he does mention paypal donations are available, but its not like you have to to see these vids. thumbs up freddie

I have been teaching traditional Chinese Kung fu for over fifteen years and never charged any one, knowledge is free, neither have i asked others to support my family. If this is the "modern" way then good luck to you.

Hi. I train karate and dance alot, for a very long time i have been very flexible naturally and have had no problem doing high kicks or splits etc etc.
Then suddenly a few weeks ago the outer parts of my thighs hurt alot and blocks me from doing wide movements.
I feel i can go way deeper but this problem prevents my from doing so. Do you have any idea why this happens?

@fusionnano12 i wish i could be that young when i started , i'm gonna be 17 ,i started with 16 and i still can't do the splits. training hard everyday...congratulations.... was that fast for you ?

is it important you can do the exercise at 2:25 first? or can i go for split right away. I can grab my big toe and if i bend my head to me knee is feel servere pain in my upper muscles on the backside of leg.

@CerenSahin12 lucky you , i wish i was that far from the floor, (im really up). i used to do splits when i was a kid but now i cant
been stretching for about 4 years and i realise we have basically the same flexibility programme. but you are a very good and thorough instructor. i will buy your book.

@AlexnicholasBlakely Thank you for the support. We should all end up getting close to the same flexibility program b/c my goal is to stretch every single muscle group in the body, and if we all do that, then we will all be stretching relatively the same b/c we all have similar bodies.

MASTER LEE tell me if i had pain should i keep going or stop, and i realy want to know if i work hard how much time i need to do the split... thanks for answering

@shanaktwisted It depends on the pain, if it is severe, stop. If it is light, then slowly push yourself to progress. I really don't know how long it will take, there are too many variables, it really depends on your efforts and where you body is at this moment.
