http://soundsandgear.com just doing some more exploring of Motu BPM as a workstation. Using the factory sounds to make a track, have it mapped to my Maschine controller. I really like it as a workstation for coming up with new stuff.

  • Thanks for the great vids. I have a questions. Which do you feel is better ableton or machine and why? Personally I've only been using ableton a few days but it seems pretty cool. But maschine (from what i've seen on youtube) seems like it makes the work flow more fluid, less mouse clicks and stuff.

  • @mikeannike one is a full daw (ableton) one is a production station (maschine) that said, for me, I started with ableton but have moved exclusively to Maschine for my productions

  • is axiom 25 good for BPM/

  • @nydjm3 yeah, it'll work

  • can you use it whit cubase 5?

  • @slokaka yes it can

  • Do you know if BPM has any kind of automation? Slider, fader, knob movements, etc..

  • @duopfer1 you should watch the videos from orecordings on here, he has quite a bit of videos on BPM and is in the process of making a tutorial dvd for it too.

  • @megagavelli use Maschine as MIDI controller with BPM and you can't go wrong.
