although, if you lean back as the ball hits your chest, it is much less likely to go anywhere else but down. thats just physics too. the more cushion room it has to slow down first before stopping, the better. its the same difference between tight nets versus loose nets. loose nets absorb the power of the shot and slow it down much smoother before it stops, where hitting a tight net, the ball bounces back just like it does when it hits a wall

@GrowThirdLeg you don't even need a video tutorial for this, just lean back and let the physics do the rest, It's all automatic and simple. All that's needed is leaning back and having good timing depending on how fast the ball goes, and that's it, the same goes with taking it down using your forehead.
