Does Hetal eat chicken/non-veg?

Great Recipe! Easy to make and delicious. Thanks!

Yes, most can be found in the supermarket. Also you can find them in health food stores like Whole Foods Market.

We usually use Thai green chilies but any kind of fresh green chili will work -- canned chilies will not work. Jalapenos are bulky but are not as spicy as serrano so you have to use more. Thai chili is very spicy and can be used sparingly.

Oh, I finally tried this dish yesterday! Amazing! This tasted like something you would get in an Indian restaurant. Although next time I'll use a little less pepper corns haha. I was very glad I had raita to this dish because it was very spicy. But amazing flavour! Thank you for sharing!

do u ladies always use red onions when cooking indian food at home? will yellow onions suffice?

Yellow onions will work fine. Red onions give a little better color.

Hi I love the videos you guys make. I have a question however. Can most of the ingredients you guys use in your videos (such as tumuric powder, coriander powder, etc.) be found in your common supermarket such as Shoprite? Because the city where I live doesn't have any Indian grocery stores. Thanks beforehand.

Sometimes, basic ingredients such as turmeric and coriander powder are available at regular grocery stores but are more expensive. Some of the other "ethnic" type of ingredients are not available. As sfg078 suggested, online might be your best bet.
