I dont get what I'm looking at..I just saw the kitchen nightmare episode and I read an article on the so called buzzard fake out. These shows I'm assuming are taped well before they are aired. And idk how long buzzard had been at the restaurant but the word was he was always taking food. This scene here I didn't see in the episode.

@armst012 A couple of guys came down with small cameras to interview us before they picked us to be in the show. They were there to record interviews and what we were all like. I actually made the recomendation to act like we caught Buzzard stealing brownies. The part where they open the fridge and "catch" him is actually in the show.

I made some burgers sort of like this one a couple of weeks ago, for me and my partner, and she really enjoyed it.

The condiments and onions make for a really nice taste, and keep the meat juicy, esp. if you're using "extra-maigre" (extra lean) beef, which we prefer.

I think I threw in some Mrs. Dash Table Blend (without the dill) as well.

So sorry Lela's couldn't make it. She seems like a really sweet lady, but sweet doesn't cut it sometimes, esp. in this biz.

Yeah those burgers were really good. I liked them a lot. Lela didn't really know what she was doing or getting into or how to operate a restaurant. She got in over her head and lost everything.

i never had an official recipie in writing so i dont know the exact amount of ingredients. i used to mix it all together by eye. heres whats in it though... ground beef, 2 - 3 egg yolks, worchestershire sauce, finely chopped onions (we used garlic powder before), ketchup, and dijon mustard :)

i remember i read on yelp the blonde girl who was a waitress and later manger was actually rude as hell to customers. she seemed pretty rude on the show but i thought it was just to the staff.

I just watched the full episode on Hulu and this guy was caught stealing 3 bottles of wine and loads of food. You've got an employee stealing from you for 8 months and you don't know it? The restaurant is always empty yet you're replacing wine every other day? No wonder her doors have closed. I applaud Ricky for not letting the stress cause him to be a sellout and fold under pressure like Lex...Go Ricky Go!
