I feel like the chorus doesn't belong with the rest of the song? Just my opinion though.

@DaRealiztt I could maybe understand what you're saying there. I can understand it being placed in there because Isaac said he wrote this song while he was alone in a cabin and looking at a Norman Rockwell painting of a boxing match. I would pin the verses as about the painting (with all of the "fighter" references) and then the chorus about his thoughts while spending alone time in the cabin ("loneliness").

@echalvorson Firstly I said "True Mark" of a Fray fan. Secondly, it is not about spending money, it is about enhancing the experience. Thirdly you are making so many assumptions, just for the sake of being argumentative. Obsessed, is probably what I am, because I love their music. I wanted to promote their music by buying the T-Shirt. I wanted to hear their bonus tracks. And I wanted a phyiscal copy, in order to do that i made a sacrifice; money.

I love The Fray! All their songs are amazing, and you can really feel the connection when they play. The music they play is "real" music. xD

but to me, the fighter represents his part in a hard relationship, and the chorus is on about how maybe he doesn't need to be a part of it. simples really!

@alex78452 i just went to their concert on sunday and they are amazing!!! it was a small theatre and Isaac called everyone to the front for this song and heartbeat!! and i was so close to him :D !!! ohh and he walked in the aisles and went on the upper level too!! omgg .. loll sorry to break your heart i got too excited :)

I love this song! It's one of the one I've memorized quickly. I've been wanting to sing and don't know the lyrics to many of the songs on the new album so I haven't listened to it as much as I would like. :(
