This is how SkyNet started. Just a few small mods and this thing would be a Terminator. You read it here first. Don't blame me when a titanium skeletoned blade-wielding cyborg takes your face off.

Same as ours. Ours house is in the UK and the estate is built on top of a ridge of sandstone. Glaciers pulled a huge layer of clay over them as they dragged down forever ago. To make matters worse, it was cazy paved when the garden was built, then had tarmac put over it, then 6" of concrete. It was built in 1920. The soil is so clay heavy you could literally bag it up and sell it as as clay. I've renovating the place of my mum and want a real nice lawn. So I've started fixing the clay issue.

Now you just need an android running after it with a rake.Lol!
Reminds me of R2d2,perhaps the android could camp it up a little.

This is awesome!!! I've read Paradise Robotics is a great place to buy one of these. They give free installation advice and drawings.
neat, i want one of these. you need to check out your soil pH, nutrient content, structure and get some seed on it so it's got some nice lush greenery to trim

The soil is bad - it is clay and little or no top soil. We are thinking about replacing the soil (long term project). We might have too much shade, too.

is there no set path that u can make for it or do u jus turn it on and let it go randomly n cut grass?
chazzman808 2 years ago
Right. It cuts randomly. It's the healthiest way to cut grass. It is a difficult engineering problem to make a robot drive in consistent straight lines. That's why it's random. Anyway, it looks better because after the grass stands up, there are no lines because tracks don't get made from following the same path over and over.

Does it come with an alarm?

Yes, an alarm is standard on two models.
