@tackiee9, cc's are cubic centimeters which is displacment. cc's can be related to cubic inches whereas horse power is not related to displacment. 16.5 cc equals 1 cubic inch.

@tackiee9 No. Only the Hemispherical engines by Chrysler are "Hemi's". This is just a built small block.
