This is a practice video of me enjoying a new LED hoop from Hooping Harmony called the Super Nova.
The colors got a bit washed out and there is some rattling from other hoopers in the background but I still think it's a fun video to watch.
Also note that this was filmed in a well lit room and look at how bright the LEDs are!!! Hoop available at http://www.hoopingharmony.com/

Very nice! This inspires me to get a LED hoop! I sometimes dance salsa/cha cha or hip hop while hooping too! lol!! This is way too familiar! lol! happy hoop-dancing! <3

Thank you. Beautiful hoop dance, by the way. I am currently taking classes in Denver from a hoop girl instructor and have learned a few of those moves. Inspired to learn more and will get one of these hoops as soon as I can!

This video inspired me to sign up for youtube. I have been hooping for a couple months and I'm inspired by a couple very hard moves- over the shoulder behind the head, down to the knees & BACK UP smoothly. You are doing awesome! I can only hope I look as good as you by next year. Rock on!

Does the thing really make that much noise? Or is the camera audio picking up a lot of that?

The actual hoop is very quiet, in this
video there was tons of back round noise.
I don't have a camera that takes really
good LED videos yet so until I do I have had
to stick with this video.
I am hoping to get more up to date videos soon.
