It's an addon that you have to download from curse.com
I beleive it's called bartender, I'm not real familiar with it as I'm not a fan of addons like that but I'm pretty sure that's the name.

you are like my hero in WoW, prot warr is pretty much the most pro class/spec combo you can play in this game and you rock at it!
P.S. Girls make better tanks, the bosses can't kick them in the balls xD
