@cjoyoates in some cases it can be, but it depends on the dancer. Her bones will develop as they may, but if she is able to stand up to the work and demand of pointe shoes is the decision of a profesional, not some yahoo on youtube

@cjoyoates If someone is as amazing as that and everyone agrees that she is ready then no it isn't too early. i got my first pointe shoes when i was 11. she might have been only a few weeks away from eleven too... you never know!
