Enable multitasking & wallpapers on iOS4 through cydia - iTouch 2g (MC)/ iPhone 3g

This video will teach you how to get fast app switching (multitasking) AND wallpapers on your iPhone 3g, iTouch 2g or 3g (MC MODEL).

If your iDevice didn't come with wallpapers/ multitasking then this tutorial will teach you how to get them through cydia.

This requires you to have a jailbroken ipod touch or iphone (See video i made on that)
