  • no, I'm using a jigsaw. For soft wood like agave is enaugh nd a lot cheaper

  • yeah, it has to cure till it's completely dry. it takes several months. U can check by taking it, if it's really heavy means that is still full of water

  • pues para los de BAMBU ni idea, yo empece ambien con este material, pero la madera no absorve nada, al final se rajan, inevitable. Prueba con PITA, es relaivamente rapido, para el ultimo solo 3 cias y el cambio vale la pena.

  • Buen trabajo muchachones, hace unos años trabaje en un taller de carpintería y para unir partes curvas en lugar de prensas enrollábamos en casi toda su extensión tiras delgadas de neumático que a cada vuelta se aprietan un poquito mas dando mucha tensión en todas las direcciones. Les quedo muy guapo el yidaqui

    so far i have made 4 didgeridoos out of agave like yours.

    i split mine down the centre with an axe instead of sawing and then i carve out the centre with an arbortek on a grinder then i stripped of the bark with a knife and varnished it like you did, except i painted tribal art onto it.

    yours sounds very nice too
