  • @CoachShreck would switching to bare foot running shoes help keep this condition from returning???? any advice you may or may not have on this would be appreciated. i figured your a guy who knows wot he's talking about. i am currently an under pronater and was wondering if switching would make a difference. thanks

  • One day in and I feel an immense difference performing these stretches. Thank you Coach!

  • thank you sir...thought i tore a ligament or something, ends up its this. surfer/skater so this blows the big one...starting your exercises along with some stretches, will be back with updates!

  • Thank you so much for posting this video with this information!

  • @StarlightJones mine did too... cartilage doesn't really show up on an x-ray. I defo have damaged cartilage on the back of my patella or on the femur but you would never know by looking at my xrays. They are ruling out other things with xrays. You need an MRI and a doctor who knows how to interpret the results correctly.

  • @CoachShreck coach shreck your a legend bro ha ha thanks for uploading
