  • great vid

  • Thanks!

  • your welcome. Im stretching now because I won't have the money to go to my stylist on the 16th. Im currently 7 weeks post. Im holding on to the money to pay my bills. This won't be the first time I've stretched. The last time I didn't do enough protein treatments and it costed me a lot of breakage. Not this time, Im doing a protein treatment every week. I also have Cantu shea butter leave in cream and chi keratin mist to help with that.

  • Yeah, if you do protein treatments regularly, you should be fine. Coconut Oil is also good to use because it helps to strengthen your hair.

  • great tips! the only thing i would change is i think that u should air dry in a wrap w/o a scarf though

  • thank you, Im gonna try that this time. I seal with coconut oil daily, and Im in the coconut oil challenge on Hairlista so I should be good to go. Every other day I put Cantu shea butter leave in on my new growth. That has been helping. When I don't wanna smell the shea butter, I spray the keratin mist on my new growth, and sometimes throughout my hair. I rotate between the two.
