It's from Yusu-kuns point of view.
Kurama and Yusuke have been going out, officialy, for a few months now. However, their relationship is looked greatly down upon. They both begin to feel the heat from their friends, family, and superiors.
While Yusuke just says 'screw you guys, mind your own damn buisness', and goes on with it. Kurama takes this a bit differently, unsure of what to think.
He unknowingly draws away from Yusuke and tries to sort out his thoughts, leaving Yusuke in the rain trying to convince Kurama that it shouldn't matter what everyone else thinks. So long as they love each other, that's all that should matter.
