I wish he talked in more detail about how prohibition makes the variations of a particular drug more dangerous. I feel like he would have lost a lot of people there but an example of spice and how prohibition of a particular component leads to more dangerous components in the market.

The FDA also has a major incentive problem. An FDA worker's career is far more jeopardized by a single death from an approved drug, than from 1000 deaths from an unapproved and slowly approved drug not being in the market,
