Another Charlier Etude. The original book had this listed at 60 bpm to the dotted quarter (180 bpm for eighth notes). An updated book has it at 130 bpm for the eight notes. It sounds much more lyrical at a slower pace, in my opinion.

  • mmm amorphous...all it takes is practice I suppose.

  • Its possible to play at 180, but it just sounds like an amorphous smear of notes.
