As the evidence shows Obama is a native-born US Citizen, and he says so on his FightTheSmears site. But, he is a native-born US Dual Citizen. He may have been born in Hawaii, but his citizenship is not pure USA. COTUS Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5, says "No person except a natural born Citizen"... A natural born Citizen is a native-born on US soil and of pure USA citizenship.

YEAH OK.. Every "newspaper" I have seen with obama's "birth announcement" has been a tiny segment of the "newspaper". Anyone could have easily just typed that up, photocopied it, and handed it out to the all to gullible liberal mainstream media. WAKE UP AMERICA

Get REAL!. You're talking about a photoshopped document. His grandmother witnessed his birth in Mombassa, Kenya & even if he was dropped in Honolulu. His mother renounced his U.S. citizenship to shack up with some Indonesian and go to a Muslim school. Nobody can remember him at Columbia . No hospital bills for Stanley Ann at either Honolulu hospital. We're talking about FRAUD & the greatest swindle in U.S. history here.

He's mismanaging the country into the ground & he's not elligible to do so.

Natural born citizen status refers to the circumstances at the moment of birth, and has nothing to do with the next day, 3 years or 1,000 years.

Apr27,2011,Barack Hussein Obama II, posted a long form proving his father born in Kenya, but he never naturalized. There is nothing more important than to hold the elected to follow the constitution to the letter, because that slim paper document keeps the people in control over the elected.

Choose between the US Constitution and Obama.

1.) a "natural born child" is conceived naturally between a man and woman who are both US citizens?

2.) regardless of marital status of the parents, the child is conferred the combined nationalities of the parents?

3.) natural born overseas requires the birth to be on US controlled "soil" (or platform, i.e, ship, plane, etc.)?

4) natural born overseas does not require US controlled "soil" (or platform, i.e, ship, plane, etc.)?

@PatrickLMT, Everybody born on US soil is native born. Not everybody born on US soil is NBC. A child born in the USA to illegals is at best under the misinterpretation and misapplication of the 14th Amdt, only a US citizen.

@PatrickLMT, Don't make it a race issue and it won't be a race issue. The #1 issue is the US Constitution and the Executive Branch requirement that only a Natural Born Citizen be President and Commander in Chief of the military. Why not just say US Citizen, instead of NBC? Because NBC is a 'Super Citizen' eligible to run for and serve as a US President -- something Obama is not.

@PatrickLMT, if the person is not a legal resident or lacks "lawful presence", then s/he is a transient alien. Transient aliens and their children are under embassy/consular jurisdiction of their government, and not US citizens by birth. You cannot be considered natural born and not be native born, since a NBC is born in the US to two US Citizen parents. Parents with a foreign born child must apply for a passport for the child before the child can enter the USA.
