Flatwood Sorghum Syrup Making

Friends gather at Mike Siebert's Ranch to make some of the best syrup you can place on a biscuit. Matter of fact, at the conclusion we all dipped a biscuit into the remaining foam and that finished off a great day. Thank's to Bill Tiner for the biscuits, he shut down early and went home and made the biscuits and everybody was so surprised. Can't wait until next year things will be better, I know

Thanks ya'll ! I loved it ! Makes me miss being on my Grandaddy's farm in S.C. How much sorghum cane did it take to make the 60 gallons of juice that later became syrup and about how long do you cook it or do you just wait for the color change? God Bless everyone!
