The DVD is in PAL format, BUT will work on some USA players...so you can still buy it - but worst case scenario you will have to watch the DVD on your computer as this will certainly play the DVD! Most modern DVD players even in the US now accept PAL with region 0. It is a free region DVD so can be therefore played if you go into the settings of the DVD player.

Do you know if this dvd will play on US dvd players??

For example, when I ordered my xpole, the dvd that came with it will ONLY play on my computer...my dvd player doesn't recognize it.

I just got DVD today and it is simply FAB!!!!!! I was amazed at how quick it was shipped to me from the UK. It was also packaged in a very cute/sweet/personal manner..... it's even taught on a pole just like mine :)

The dvd is an excellent way to learn new moves and improve strength. The instructions are easy to follow. The dvd plays on all of my dvd players. I am glad I purchased it. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 10!
